Mount Haven Resort - Interstate 84. Situated on more than 400 acres in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, not far from Lake Wallenpaupack or the Delaware River is this former senator's country estate that is now a unique vacation resort where the pure country air is invigorating and revitalizing. Mt. Haven features all the luxuries one can desire in the country vacationing with a wide variety of amenities to choose from.

There are very reasonably priced jacuzzi suites and cozy couple's cottages here. The food is excellent and on the resort are 2 outdoor pools, basketball, handball and volleyball courts, plenty of room to hike, (biking on back country roads is a favorite thing to do), a restaurant, lounge, game room, play area for kids, stream, and a gazebo for weddings or relaxing. Stay here and enjoy nearby, canoeing/rafting, horseback riding, fishing, skiing and golf.

Mount Haven Resort is great for couples getaways (both active and relaxing), and family reunions (has a mix of couples and family rooms).

Deposit Policy. 50 % of stay charged at time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: 50% of the amount of entire stay will be charged for cancellation made within 3 days prior to arrival. Any other cancellations will be issued a Mt Haven credit for deposit to be used within 365 days of 1st reservation date.

Booking Policy: Mount Haven Resort

To complete your reservation you are required to enter a valid credit card number. Deposit is 50% of the stay and will be charged at the time of booking the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If cancelled at any time, deposit will refunded in the form of a credit letter. Reservations cancelled on or within 07 day(s) prior to arrival, will forfeit the deposit. No shows will be charged a penalty equal to 1 night(s) room and tax charges. Please contact our reservation center at 1-800-805-3559 to cancel or modify a reservation.

From Tappanzee Bridge---87 North approx. 32 miles to Exit 16 (Harriman exit). Rte. 17 West approx. 17 miles to Exit 121 West (Port Jervis) to 84 West approx. 27 miles to Exit 46, previously exit 10 Milford. Make left, go approx. 2 miles to Sixth Street (Pennstar Bank on right). Make right, go 4 miles. Follow signs to Mt. Haven.

From Scranton/Wilkes-Barre--Rte. 84 East to Lord’s Valley Exit 34, previously exit 9. Make right onto Rte. 739 when you come off the exit. Travel approx. 7miles to the Bank, and make left onto Log Tavern Road. Travel 6 miles to Mt. Haven on left.

From George Washington Bridge---G.W.B. to Interstate Rte. 80 West (New Jersey)-approx. 35 miles to Exit *34B Sparta/Jefferson, Rte. 15 North. Travel approx. 16 miles and then it turns into Rte. 206 North. Follow Rte. 206 North approx. 18 miles, cross over the NJ-PA bridge. Once over the bridge, bear right, toward Milford. Go 1-1 ½ miles to traffic light. Proceed two blocks past light, make left turn at Sixth St. (Pennstar Bank) travel 4 miles. Follow signs.

From Staten Island---NJ Turnpike North. Get off Exit 15W. Get on Rte. 280 West. Go to Rte 80 West, Exit 34B. (Continue at * above in George Washington Bridge directions.)

From Philadelphia--Take 76 West (Skuyllkill Expwy) to Plymouth Meeting Exit #28B, which will put you on 476N. to Norristown Exit. Make left at light, stay on the road and follow signs to Tpke. At traffic light (Mobil Station on the right), make left turn. Once you approach the Tpke., follow the signs for Scranton, and then North Allentown. You will be on the NE Extension. (which is the Tpke.) Stay on that for approximately one hour, and get off at Exit #33 for 22 East, and pay Toll. Stay on the right for 22 East. Then, after about a 1/2 hour, look for signs for Rte. 33 North. Rte. 33N will turn into Interstate 80 East. Get off 80East at the Marshall's Creek Exit #309. Follow Rte. 209 North into Milford. (Approximately 35-40min). Once in Milford, go 2 blocks past the traffic light, make left at the Pennstar Bank. Proceed 4 miles, follow the signs to Mt. Haven.
