ROUTE 209 DIRECTIONS
For Overnight Guests going to Central Check-In. Follow Route 209 North for approximately one (1) mile. Turn right onto Buttermilk Falls Road (across from Luigi’s Pizza), drive past the Shawnee Sales Center. Follow Buttermilk Falls Road to the top of the hill. Look for the Recreation Center/Central Check-In sign on the left side of the road (across from Shawnee Square). Make a left turn and then make the first left into the Recreation Center parking lot. Use the upper entrance for Central Check-In.

For Day Guests going to the Shawnee Sales Center. Follow Route 209 North for approximately one (1) mile. Turn right onto Buttermilk Falls Road (across from Luigi’s Pizza). The Willow Dell tour center is the first building on the left. Just past the waterfall.

For Day Guests going to Special Projects at Shawnee Square. Follow Route 209 North for approximately one (1) mile. Turn right onto Buttermilk Falls Road (across from Luigi’s Pizza), drive past the Shawnee Sales Center. Follow Buttermilk Falls Road up the hill. Look for the Shawnee Square sign on the right and turn right into Shawnee Square.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. If you cancel or change your reservation twenty-one (21) days or more before your scheduled occupancy, you will be charged $125.00. You will forfeit the full rental payment as liquidated damages if you cancel or change your reservation twenty (20) days or less before your scheduled occupancy. We will use our best efforts to re-rent the unit and if the unit is re-rented for all or part of the cancelled period, we will refund to you any rent collected less a $125 administrative fee. Please contact our reservation center at 1-800-805-3559 to cancel or modify a reservation.

Payment Policy
Payments in full must be received at least twenty-one (21) days before occupancy. If a reservation is made more than twenty-one (21) days before occupancy, you must provide a deposit of no less than $125 to hold your reservation, with the balance of the rental payment due twenty-one (21) days before occupancy. Time is of the essence with regard to your payment(s). If you fail to make the rental payment(s) in accordance with this paragraph, your reservation will be cancelled and you will forfeit all payments previously made as liquidated damages. No further notice regarding payment will be given to you.

Check-In / Check-Out
Our check in time is between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm on the day of your arrival. For security purpose, guest must produce a Photo Identification Card (i.e. Driver's License) and a valid credit card. Check out time is 9:00 am. Check out times is strictly enforced because of scheduled housekeeping.

Pets
NO pets or animals of any nature shall be permitted on property. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $250 for each day the pet was on property.

Amenities
Our guest will have unlimited use of the Shawnee Commons Recreation Center and Shawnee Inn's tennis courts and indoor/outdoor pools. Notwithstanding the foregoing, guest staying at our Northslope townhomes will NOT have access to the Recreation Center during the months of July and August. During the months of July and August, our Northslope guest will have access to the Sun Mountain Recreation Facility and Shawnee Inn. Golf and Ski discount packages are available.
