Can a web site based outside the Poconos or United States
be an PoconosHotels.com Partner Network Partner?
Yes. The PoconosHotels.com Partner Network welcomes
websites from anywhere in the world. All commissions will
be paid by check in United States dollars.
How will I monitor my sales? The PoocnosHotels.com
Partner Network provides a web-based statistics package
that tracks all reservations made through your site. Cancellations
made through the PoconosHotels.com Partner Network will
be recorded in your statistics; however, cancellations and
"no-shows" directly handled by the supplier will not be
reflected. You can access your sales statistics for the
current month or for previous months at anytime. (Click

Since we are a corporation located here in *, how do
you plan to pay commissions to our corporation?
The PoconosHotels.com Partner Network will send you via
mail a check in United States dollars.
How does the PoconosHotels.com Partner Network track
and record reservations?
The PoconosHotels.com Partner Network uses Client ID numbers
to track reservations. When your site is correctly linked
to your PoconosHotels.com Partner Network page(s), your
Client ID number will be associated with any reservations
made from your site visitors.
How does a reservation turn into commission? A visitor
to your site makes a reservation from your PoconosHotels.com
Partner Network booking page(s). The reservation must
then actually be completed by the customer, meaning he/she
shows up as arranged and does not cancel. Once the reservation
has been fulfilled, we must collect the commission from
the supplier. After we collect, we pay your commission to
you.
Can you explain the commission structure? The PoconosHotels.com
Partner Network pays Partners 40% of the commission
received for all services. You will not receive commission
on any "no-shows" or cancellations made through the PoconosHotels.com
Partner Network or directly through the supplier.
How often do I get paid? You will be paid on the
15th of each month. If your commission for any month is
less than $50, the total amount will be carried over to
the next month. Once it surpasses $50, a check will be sent
to you on the 15th of the month for the complete amount
owed to your account.
What is the minimum booking amount needed before I can
receive commissions? To receive a check on the 15th
of the month, your account must accumulate $50 or more.
If you have accumulated less, the amount will carry over
to the next month or until you have accumulated $50 or more.
I operate more than one web site. Can you track them
separately, but pay me with one commission check? Yes.
You can sign up each site for a Client ID number. You can
view each site individually. You will receive one commission
check for all of your sites.
