Credit Card and Cancellation Policy:

Credit Card Policy
To complete your reservation you are required to enter a valid credit number to either guarantee or pay for your reservation. Different hotels may have different payment policies. You may be required to pay at time of reservation.

Room Type/Preferences
Room types and preference requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Surcharges
Surcharges may apply for extra adults or for extra children or for children over a certain age.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation.

All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled on or within the period described on the "Hotel Policy" tab of your selected hotel, will be charged an additional penalty as described on the Policy. No shows will be charged a penalty as described. We reserve the right to charge a $7.00 change fee for excessive changes (Though, we rarely do) Please contact our reservation center at 1-800-805-3559 to cancel or modify a reservation.
