If there is a lower rate available online for the same dates and the same hotel, you must contact PoconosHotels.com within 24 hours of booking your reservation. PoconosHotels.com will either match the rate, refund the difference, or cancel the reservations without cancellation fee (our option). 1. "What are the requirements for claiming the Price Guarantee?"

In order to be eligible for the Price Guarantee: PoconosHotels.com must be contacted within 24 hours of booking. The lower rate must be for the same hotel on the same dates, and available for booking. It must be made on a prepaid reservation.
