Pocono Manor Golf Resort and Spa - Pocono Manor, PA. has 254 rooms and suites within a 3500 acre resort estate. The inn is a relaxing and lovely restored retreat and offers old world charm and gracious hospitality. This Inn is listed on the National Historic Register. Located on top of the Pocono Mountain Plateau, one has dazzling, breathtaking views as you walk along the mountsides lined with Laurel and Rhododendrons. Since the Inn is a registered National Historic District, it really has an "old world" feel. With rooms larger than normal, wide hallways, many meeting and common area rooms, and lots of places to just sit, relax, read a book, or ponder life in general. The staff is pleasant and provides services above the average of the "sterile" hotel. There have been lots of recent renovations to baths and rooms. (High speed internet access at a surcharge is one), marble baths, and new carpet. During our staff review we observed the general manager personally attending to the facility. This is a place that does both group business and social (short stay family) business. There is a lot of space to explore on the grounds with lots of hiking, biking and horse trails. The Inn now features the Laurel Spa, a newly designed, 7,500 foot, state-of-the-art facility. A fully certified and trained staff provides services such as the Swedish Deep Tissue Massage, Paraffin Facial, Aromatherapy, Fitness Vapor Wrap, and many more - all with the finest spa products available. Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Reservations require a one night advanced deposit to guarantee a room reservation. Rooms cancelled 5 days prior to the arrival date, deposit is refundable. Less then 5 days, non refundable.

Modified American Plan: Meals include breakfast and dinner. Room rates include 6% sales tax and a daily service charge. Only on the modified american package plan, children 7 years and younger (in the room with their parents) are not charged a room or meal rate, they are charged a service charge of $35.00 daily. Meals in the dining room will be served from the children's menu.

No Meals: European Plan: Room rates include 6% sales tax and a daily service charge. European plan rates do not have seperate children's rates. Room rates are for the total number of people in the room regardless of age. When making reservations do not put a number in the children's field, total number in the room should be put in the adult field to get the proper room rate.

Guaranteed rooms are held till 6pm. Late arrivals need to contact the reservations manager to arrange full payment, non refundable, with the your signature.

Booking Policy: Pocono Manor Golf Resort-Spa

To complete your reservation you are required to enter a valid credit card number. An amount equal to one night's stay will be posted on your credit card to hold your accomodations. You will be responsible for the remaining balance upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled on or within 05 day(s) prior to arrival, will forfeit deposit. Please contact our reservation center at 1-800-805-3559 to cancel or modify a reservation.
