The Classic Standard rooms are the most affordable option and most feature a queen bed and a pullout sofa. Meals are included, as is use of the resort, pools, beach and lake. These rooms vary in décor but are perfectly kept and close to the resort's main lodge, pools, nightclub and other activities. These are popular rooms, some overlooking the lake...all are conveniently located in the center of the property and nicely decorated with cedar paneling. Most of these accommodations feature divided living/sleeping areas that provide privacy. Best suited for 2-6 people

The Deluxe Lakeview rooms are beautifully decorated and feature two queen beds and a pullout couch. Meals are included, as is use of the resort, pools, beach and lake. These rooms vary in décor but are perfectly kept and close to the resort's main lodge, pools, nightclub and other activities. Beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished, most of these rooms have a private balcony that provides a marvelous view of the lake. They have indoor access to either the dining room and nightclub or the indoor swimming pool. An elevator is available for most of these rooms. Best suited for 2-5 people.

The most luxurious accommodations at the resort are the Edgewater Suites. There are one bedroom suites in the Springbrook area and two bedroom suites in the Mt. Laurel area. Springbrook Suites are designed to provide total comfort and luxury. Tastefully decorated, they provide an impressive view of the lake from both the bedroom and living areas. Two baths, spacious closets, a wet bar, two televisions and a private balcony add to your comfort. Most of these accommodations are attached to the indoor swimming pool and sports complex. Ideal for large or extended families. Best suited for 2-6 people.

If you prefer more spacious accommodations, there is the option of Guest Homes in the nearby golfing community, Woodloch Springs. These beautifully decorated homes have 2-5 bedrooms with most homes featuring one private bath per bedroom and they are conveniently located only 5 minutes from the resort. The Guest Homes are the perfect option to keep your family and friends together during your vacation or event! These homes are located in an award- winning golfing community, only 5 minutes from the resort. All the privacy and freedom of a personal vacation home while enjoying the full benefits of a Woodloch vacation. Only the Guest Homes accommodations are available with the Non-American (without meals) rates.

Resort Information

Additional Adults: For more than two adults in each room there is a 20% reduction in each additional adult rate (except Woodloch Springs' Guest Homes. Two bedroom Mt. Laurel Suites require a minimum of four adult rates.

Age Restrictions: Certain activities at the resort require minimum heights and ages, please read the in-room directory upon arrival for restrictions. Theme Show Presentation in the Nightclub is for teens and adults only.

Check In: To ensure your room meets the high standard of cleanliness, it will be available for occupancy by 4:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday, 6:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.

Check Out: Check out time is 11 a.m. unless stated otherwise.

Cribs: $15 per stay.

Deposit: All reservations require a deposit that is refundable with 30 days notification. If cancellation is received less than 30 days in advance, the deposit will be held for a future reservation. Cancellation with less than 5 days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Dress Code: Appropriate attire is required at all times. Dress in the dining room is smart casual (collared shirt) with the exception of Wednesday and Saturday evenings (Wednesday only during July and August) when gentlemen are requested to wear jackets.

Dining Rooms: For guests on the Non-American Plan, dining reservations can be made at any of the restaurants listed below after you have made your room reservations by calling 1-800-572-6658 Option #5. Please note that reservations are required and space is limited.

Vista Dining Room: Dress is smart-casual (collared shirt, no jeans).
Terrace Dining Room: Dress is the same as the Vista Dining Room. Open only to teenage and adult diners.
Clubhouse Grille Room: Relaxed dress (jeans permitted).
Main Dining Room at Woodloch Pines: Relaxed dress (jeans permitted). Gentleman are requested to wear jackets on Wednesday and Saturday evenings and Wednesday only in July & August.
Payment of balance after deposit by credit card: Cash, personal checks, travelers' checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Rates: American Plan rates are per person based on double occupancy and do not include 6% PA state tax or 15% gratuity. All rates are per package and subject to change without notice. Late arrival or early departure will not warrant a reduction.

Single: Single adult occupancy add 20%.

Transportation: Transportation is available to and from certain airports in the area with the fee dependent upon location. Please be sure to confirm arrival time when making transportation arrangements.
